Attention STUDENTS!
The High School Department and Business Department of Stonyhurst Southville International School – Malarayat proudly present a festive and enriching academic activity this December—introducing “RocKING CHRISTMAS: A Holiday Bazaar.” Scheduled on December 7, this event is designed to enhance the Math, Financial Literacy, and Business skills of high school students, who will act as sellers, while preschool and grades 1-6 students will be the consumers.
Here is a quick overview of the event:
High school students, as part of their Business courses, will each have their own booth where they act as sellers. They’ll take care of everything involved in running their “small business,” including renting, cooking (if it’s a food booth), preparing, and selling.
To join in the fun, Preschool and Grades 1-6 students need to make a payment of ₱150.00 at the Accounting Office and settle this before December 7. This fee covers various activities, including entrance to the bazaar, access to inflatables, participation in playing board games and chess, a chance to win exciting prizes in the raffle (available with booth purchases), and exclusive entry to the Arts and Crafts Booth (for preschool and gr.1-2 students) and Santa’s Meet and Greet (also exclusive for preschool and gr.1-2 students).
Please note that the ₱150.00 fee does not cover the Photo Booth experience. If students and attendees would like to capture memorable moments, they can make a separate payment of ₱50.00 to the accounting staff stationed next to the Photo Booth before striking a pose.
Below is the Reporting Schedule on that day per department:
Preschool (AM) – 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Preschool (PM) – 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Grades 1-2 – 10:00 – 1:30 PM
Grades 3-6 – 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Grades 7-12 – 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
