Flashback Friday: SSISM’s Math Wizards Shine on the International Stage! 
This week’s Flashback Friday takes us back to August 2016, when SSISM was proudly featured by ABS-CBN News. Our Grade School students made history as the first from Batangas Province to earn international recognition at the prestigious International Math Wizard Challenge in Thailand.
Syd Dalangin and Jomer Wilson Lee led the charge, bringing home top honors. Syd, a Grade 3 student at the time, won the Gold Award in his category and was also named the Top Scorer for his level among participants from seven countries. Jomer, meanwhile, secured the Bronze Award in his category, showcasing the exceptional math skills of our young Kings. 
Just a week later, another SSISM Grade School student flew to Singapore to compete in yet another international math competition, proving that SSISM students continue to excel on the global stage.
With the strong foundation built at SSISM, these students, now in Senior High School, continue to thrive and achieve even greater heights. We couldn’t be prouder of their journey!
