Flashback Friday: The First-Ever Theater Thursday!
11 years ago, on July 25, 2013, we kicked off our first-ever Theater Thursday at SSISM—a tradition that has grown into a core part of our school culture! 
Back then, we used the grand stairs as our makeshift stage, and from that humble beginning, we’ve continued to provide students with a platform to embrace their talents, build confidence, and live the No Hesitation mindset. It’s through this confidence that our students develop self-esteem, setting the foundation for academic excellence. 
Just last week, we launched Theater Thursday for this academic year, continuing this remarkable tradition that has been so successful, even SGEN schools have adopted it in their own communities! 
Our first performers back in 2013 were the members of the Grade School Theater Club, guided by none other than Ms. Donnabelle Atienza, our principal and the visionary behind this program. Today, those students are thriving in universities, still carrying the lessons they learned on stage.
As we celebrate this incredible tradition, we look forward to many more inspiring performances to come!
